Customer Pick Up Guidelines:
By appointment at 2300 W Hwy 13 in Burnsville. Please schedule your
pickup by calling or texting us at 952-900-4555.
The Buyer accepts complete responsibility for the safe transport of their merchandise and agrees
to hold RCL, its employees, and/or agents harmless in the event of any accident, injury, or
damage resulting in transport of merchandise.
Notwithstanding that RCL, its employees, and/or
agents may have assisted me in loading, tying down, and/or fastening merchandise to my
vehicle.
For the safety of you and others traveling around you, we are unable to help load, or allow you to
load, any item on top of your vehicle.
Curbside Delivery
Mondays & Wednesdays: 4:30-7:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am-2:00pm
What’s Included:
- We place all furniture in factory packaging inside your garage or
loading dock or outside the 1st floor entry of your home or
apartment. At the time of delivery an authorized signature is
required. - Products with multiple parts will require do-it-yourself assembly.
- Our delivery team will inspect the factory packaging to insure
there is no outside damage prior to loading on the delivery truck. - A two-hour window is provided one day before delivery.
- 1 person delivery team that will place all furniture.
What’s Not Included:
- Placement in specific rooms of your home
- Pre-delivery inspection
- Unpacking or unwrapping furniture
- Removal of packing materials
- Any necessary assembly
White Glove Premium Delivery
Tuesdays and Thursdays
What’s Included:
- 2 Hour Delivery Window.
- Confirmation text/call a day in advance.
- Professional delivery team will inspect the route to the room to make sure the new furniture can safely pass through.
- Placement of furniture into a specific room of your home, condo or apartment (The delivery team will inspect the room to make sure it is ready for delivery and can also assist with ideal room placement).
- Complete assembly and installation of your purchase
- In-Home consultation and training with our professional delivery team for furniture care and use.
- Disposal of all packing materials.
Mattress Delivery:
- RCL is the hassle-free solution to a better night’s sleep. We provide free white glove
delivery on mattress set purchases of $999 or more. RCL delivery staff will provide
setup and will remove your old mattress and place it in your garage or on the curb
for free.
